Summary
This study tests a 6-week program for older adults (55+) who have both diabetes and mild memory or thinking problems. Participants attend weekly group sessions with their caregiver to learn better diabetes self-care. The goal is to see if the program improves blood sugar control and thinking skills, and how well it works in real life.
