First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding dupilumab to standard COPD treatment can prevent another flare-up or hospital stay within 90 days. About 754 adults who were recently hospitalized for a COPD exacerbation will receive either dupilumab or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug reduces the need for emergency care or readmission.
