First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to treat nonspecific low back pain by adding a gentle vibration to dry needling. Researchers want to see if this approach reduces pain and improves daily function better than dry needling alone, while causing less discomfort during and after treatment. The study will involve 36 adults with long-term low back pain and trigger points.
