Dry eye may throw off cataract surgery measurements

Summary
This study looks at whether dry eye disease makes it harder to calculate the right lens power before cataract surgery. About 100 adults aged 40 and older who need cataract surgery will take part. Researchers will compare the accuracy of lens power calculations between people with and without dry eye to see if dry eye affects the final vision result.
