NCT ID NCT06993662

Summary

This study is testing how well a common treatment approach—combining prescription medication with a specific type of talk therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)—works for people with various mental health conditions. It involves about 107 adults with diagnoses like anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. The main goal is to see if this combined treatment helps improve thinking skills, reduce symptoms, and support better daily functioning and personal recovery.
