First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining medication with one-on-one cognitive behavioral therapy helps people with mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. 107 adults aged 18-65 with an IQ of 80 or higher took part. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves thinking, mood, and daily function better than medication alone.
