Summary

This study tests a drug that blocks a key immune signal (JAK1) in people with Behçet's disease, myositis, or IgG4-related disease. The goal is to see if it can control disease activity and reduce the need for long-term steroids. About 60 adults will take the drug and be monitored for changes in symptoms and quality of life.
