Parkinson's patients may sharpen driving skills with simulator training

Summary

This study tests whether low-fidelity driving simulator training can improve driving performance and thinking skills in people with Parkinson's disease. About 36 participants will either receive 10 simulator training sessions or join a waitlist group. Researchers will compare driving ability and confidence before and after training to see if it helps.
