Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week program of gentle resistance exercises combined with special compression garments could help reduce arm swelling in women who developed lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Researchers enrolled 60 women with mild to moderate chronic swelling. The goal was to see if the combination was practical and effective for managing lymphedema.
