First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a blood-filtering device called DPMAS can improve immune function in people with acute-on-chronic liver failure. Researchers will compare 40 intensive care patients who receive either standard care or standard care plus DPMAS, measuring immune markers and survival.
