Summary
This study tests whether a blood-filtering device called DPMAS can improve immune function in people with acute-on-chronic liver failure. The device removes toxins and inflammatory substances from the blood. Researchers will compare 40 intensive care patients who receive either standard care or standard care plus DPMAS, measuring immune markers and survival.
