New hope for rare gynecological cancer: immunotherapy combo tested

Summary
This study tests whether a new immunotherapy drug (dostarlimab) given alone or with another drug (bevacizumab) works better than standard chemotherapy for women whose gynecological clear cell cancer has come back. About 198 women with ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vaginal, or vulvar clear cell carcinoma will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups. The goal is to see which approach delays cancer growth the longest.
