Could centralized surgery boost ovarian cancer survival?
NCT ID NCT07075939
First seen Jul 20, 2026 · Last updated Jul 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study examines whether concentrating ovarian cancer surgery in specialized centers and changes in treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic affect how long patients live without their cancer returning. Researchers will follow about 200 women diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer between 2018 and 2023, tracking their treatments and outcomes for up to five years. The goal is to understand which care strategies lead to better survival.
