Summary

This phase 2 trial tests a DNA vaccine (pTVG-HP) plus the immunotherapy drug nivolumab in 19 men whose prostate cancer has returned after surgery but has not spread. The goal is to see if the combination can safely lower PSA levels to undetectable and delay cancer spread. Participants receive the vaccine and nivolumab to boost their immune system against prostate cancer cells.
