Heart failure patients may skip hospital visits with digital home monitoring

Summary
This study looks at whether people with acute heart failure can be safely followed up at home using digital tools instead of going to the hospital. About 450 patients will be randomly assigned to either in-person hospital visits or remote digital check-ups. The goal is to see if both methods lead to similar use of recommended heart failure medications.
