NCT ID NCT06167746
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a virtual health coach can help people caring for older adults with multiple health conditions feel less stressed and take better care of themselves. About 314 caregivers will be randomly assigned to either get web-based health information alone or also have a virtual coach for six months. Researchers will compare stress, coping, and self-care between the two groups.
