Summary
This study tests whether a six-week program of automated text or email messages can help reduce stress and burden for people caring for a loved one with dementia. Twenty care partners who previously took part in an observational study will receive educational tips, stress management strategies, and links to community resources. The goal is to see if this low-intensity approach is feasible and helpful for caregivers.
