NCT ID NCT07528261
First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 5-week group therapy program called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help family caregivers of stroke survivors feel less stressed and have a better quality of life. About 30 caregivers aged 40 or older who live with and care for a stroke survivor will take part. Some will join the therapy group, while others will not, and all will fill out questionnaires before, right after, and two months later to see if the therapy helps.
