Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called One.Dr to see if it can reduce the drop in blood pressure that happens when people with orthostatic hypotension stand up. About 86 adults who get dizzy when standing will be randomly assigned to use the real app or a sham version for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if the app helps lessen blood pressure drops and related symptoms.
