Digital letters aim to speed up heart failure care
NCT ID NCT05890131
Summary
This study is testing whether sending official digital letters can help more people with heart failure start taking a recommended medication called an SGLT-2 inhibitor. The goal is to get eligible patients on this treatment faster than the current process allows. Researchers are enrolling nearly 6,000 patients in Denmark to see if this digital strategy improves how quickly new medical guidelines are put into practice.
