Can better sleep slow memory loss? new digital therapy tested
NCT ID NCT07363928
Summary
This study tested whether an online sleep improvement program is practical and acceptable for people with mild memory problems or early-stage dementia who also have trouble sleeping. Researchers enrolled 30 older adults to try the digital program, which teaches techniques to improve sleep without medication. The main goal was to see if people could use the program and if a larger future study would be feasible, while also checking for early signs of benefit to sleep, mood, and memory.
