First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a digital treatment program that veterans with opioid use disorder and chronic pain can use at home. The goal is to see if it helps reduce how much pain interferes with daily life and improves overall function. About 250 veterans who are already on buprenorphine will take part. The program combines behavioral strategies for both pain and addiction, offering a flexible option that doesn't require in-person clinic visits.
