Summary
This study is testing whether adding a digital mindfulness program to regular medical care helps adults with emotional disorders like depression or anxiety recover faster and stay better over two years. Researchers will compare people who get the mindfulness program plus their usual treatment to those who only get usual treatment. The goal is to see if this combined approach leads to better long-term recovery and is a good use of healthcare money.
