Summary
This study tested a special tablet exercise program called KOKU-LITE, designed for people with dementia to help prevent falls and improve well-being. Sixty people with dementia and their carers took part to see if the program was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to see if this digital tool could boost confidence, independence, and quality of life while reducing hospital visits.
