Summary
This study tests a three-session virtual program designed to help U.S. adults improve their social connections, get more involved in their communities, and feel better physically and mentally. Researchers will enroll 200 people who will attend weekly Zoom meetings with trained facilitators. The goal is to see if this simple online approach can make a real difference in people's lives.
