First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app called SocialRx, which recommends personalized arts and cultural activities, can improve mental health and social connections in teens aged 15-18 with depression or anxiety. Participants will either continue their usual care or also get monthly art activity suggestions and support from a care navigator through the app. The goal is to see if adding creative social activities can reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and loneliness.
