Summary
This study tested a videogame called 'ACTing Minds' designed to teach Acceptance and Commitment Therapy skills. 302 adults with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, or stress played either this game or a neutral game for one session. Researchers measured changes in psychological flexibility, mood, and well-being right after and 10-13 days later.
