Summary

This study is testing a mobile app called Diet4painrelief that gives personalized nutrition advice to people with chronic pain who are also overweight. About 200 adults will either get standard pain rehab or rehab plus the app. Researchers will check if the app helps improve diet, reduce pain, and is easy to use. The goal is to see if adding nutrition care can make pain treatment more effective.
