Summary

This study is testing a mobile app called Diet4painrelief that helps people with chronic pain improve their eating habits. About 200 adults with chronic pain and a BMI of 25 or higher will take part. The goal is to see if the app can reduce pain, improve sleep, and make daily life easier.
