Summary

This study looks at whether eating a better diet and cutting calories can improve physical function, thinking, pain, fatigue, mood, and anxiety in 100 adults with multiple sclerosis. Participants are overweight or obese and have relapsing-remitting or secondary progressive MS. Researchers will also check how the diet affects inflammation and immune markers.
