Summary

This study tests whether adding diaphragm relaxation exercises to standard back exercises can reduce pain and disability in people with chronic low back pain. 42 adults with non-specific low back pain will be split into two groups: one doing standard exercises plus diaphragm release, the other doing standard exercises alone. Researchers will measure pain, disability, quality of life, and muscle endurance over 8 weeks.
