Summary

This study will follow 1,000 people aged 8 to 65 who are overweight, have high blood sugar, or metabolic problems. Researchers will collect medical information, questionnaires, and blood, saliva, urine, and stool samples during routine clinic visits. The goal is to learn how these conditions develop and progress, especially in younger people, to improve future care.
