Summary
This study tests whether a special omega-3 supplement called Lysoveta can deliver more DHA to the brain than standard fish oil. Researchers will measure DHA levels in spinal fluid and blood, along with memory and thinking tests, in 153 older adults with early signs of memory decline. The goal is to see if this approach improves brain health and slows cognitive decline.
