First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study will see if an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can analyze speech recordings to help identify people with memory problems who need specialist dementia care. Researchers will record 440 Danish-speaking adults over 50 as they perform cognitive tests and speaking tasks. The goal is to develop a faster, more accurate way to tell the difference between dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and memory issues caused by other conditions like depression.
