First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at 680 low-income women in rural Bangladesh who have depression. It compares two approaches: depression treatment alone versus depression treatment plus help with poverty (like income support). The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better mood, fewer relapses, and more women sticking with treatment. Participants will be followed for 18 months.
