First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested two different tools—a special drill (Densah bur) and a magnetic hammer device—to widen a narrow jawbone so a dental implant could be placed. Five adults with missing teeth and a thin jawbone took part. The main goal was to see how stable the implant was right after placement. The study is already completed.
