Scientists track 1,500+ brains to unlock dementia secrets

Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of dementia develop and progress over time. Researchers are following over 1,500 people aged 50-90, including those with various dementia types and healthy individuals, across Canada. Participants undergo regular brain scans, memory tests, and provide biological samples to help identify patterns and markers of cognitive decline.
