Virtual coach teaches home aides to talk with dementia patients

Summary
This study tests whether a computer-based virtual trainer can improve how new home care workers communicate with people who have dementia. About 102 workers with less than one year of experience will take part. The goal is to see if the training boosts their knowledge, communication skills, and empathy.
