This study tests a cream called delgocitinib for people with mild to severe palmoplantar pustulosis, a skin condition causing painful pus-filled blisters on hands and feet. About 135 adults will apply the cream twice daily for 16 weeks. The main goal is to see if the cream reduces symptoms by at least 75% compared to a placebo cream.
