This study tests whether a virtual debriefing session with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist, held six to eight weeks after a delivery complicated by severe maternal morbidity (such as ICU admission or major blood transfusion), can lower symptoms of post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety. Participants are randomly assigned to receive the debriefing at six weeks (control) or at twelve weeks (intervention), and all complete standard mental health questionnaires.
