Summary
This study tested a new medicine called dasiglucagon against the standard glucagon for treating severe low blood sugar in Asian adults and Japanese teens with type 1 diabetes. About 38 participants received both drugs in random order to see if dasiglucagon raises blood sugar just as quickly. The study lasted about 17 weeks and required participants to use birth control if applicable.
