First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether providing healthy food and lifestyle coaching can help adults with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes who live in areas with limited access to fresh groceries. About 80 participants from Baltimore will be randomly assigned to receive either standard diet advice or extra coaching and support. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and whether it can lower blood pressure and blood sugar.
