Summary

This study observes men with prostate cancer that hasn't spread but has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. It tracks their experience after their doctor has already decided to treat them with the drug darolutamide. The main goal is to understand the drug's real-world safety, side effects, and how well it works at delaying the cancer's progression.
