Summary
This study follows over 800 men with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who are already taking darolutamide as part of their normal care. Researchers are tracking side effects and how well the drug controls the cancer in real-world conditions, outside of a strict clinical trial. The goal is to see if the drug's benefits seen in earlier studies hold up in everyday practice.
