Summary

This study tests a lab-made protein called CYT107 in 55 adults with HIV-related Kaposi sarcoma who have low T-cell counts. The goal is to see if weekly injections for up to 4 weeks can shrink tumors by boosting the immune system. Participants who improve may receive another round of treatment within a year and will be followed for 3 years.
