This trial investigates whether long-acting injectable antiretroviral drugs can control HIV better than standard oral pills in adults with AIDS-related lymphoma who are also receiving chemotherapy. Participants will receive one of three HIV treatment strategies—oral pills alone, oral pills plus an injectable drug, or a fully injectable regimen—and be followed for 48 weeks. The study aims to see which approach best suppresses the virus and supports immune recovery during cancer treatment.
