New therapy tailored for black communities aims to ease psychosis

Summary
This small study will test if a culturally-adapted form of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is practical, acceptable, and safe for Black Sub-Saharan African and Caribbean people who experience psychosis. Six participants will attend up to 16 therapy sessions and complete questionnaires and interviews to share their experiences. The goal is to see if this tailored approach can help ease symptoms and improve well-being.
