Summary
This study is for people with high-risk stage III colorectal cancer. It tests whether using a blood test (ctDNA) to guide treatment decisions can improve outcomes. Participants will receive either standard chemotherapy or chemotherapy plus bevacizumab, with regular blood monitoring. The goal is to see if the added drug helps prevent cancer from returning.
