First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether taking creatine supplements while doing supervised weight training for 12 weeks can help men with prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy (ADT) maintain or improve their muscle mass, strength, and physical function. ADT often causes muscle loss and weakness. The study involves 34 men who will either get creatine or a placebo, and all will do resistance exercises. The goal is to find a safe way to improve muscle quality and quality of life.
