First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at how the immune systems of people being treated for tuberculosis respond to COVID-19 vaccines compared to healthy people. About 108 adults (54 with TB and 54 healthy) will receive one or two doses of a standard COVID-19 vaccine. Researchers will measure antibody and cell-based immune responses over about a year to see if TB treatment affects vaccine protection.
