Summary
This early study tests a device called the A-FLUX Reducer, placed in a heart vein, to improve chest pain in 30 adults with microvascular angina (small vessel heart disease). The goal is to see if it is safe and can reduce symptoms. Participants must have had persistent chest pain for at least 30 days and have a heart pumping function of 25% or higher.
