First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study uses a special camera (OCT) to measure swelling in the clear front part of the eye (cornea) in people with Fuchs' dystrophy or a related condition. Researchers want to see if these measurements can predict how vision changes after surgery. About 60 adults with damaged cornea cells will join this observational study, which does not involve any new treatment.
