Summary
This study looks at whether core stability exercises or ankle and foot strengthening exercises can help people with knee osteoarthritis feel better. About 100 adults aged 40 and older with moderate knee osteoarthritis will take part. The goal is to see which type of exercise reduces pain, improves movement, and makes daily activities easier.
